1 Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User" or "Player") and the 88ok platform ("Company", "we", "us"). These Terms govern your use of the 88ok website accessible at https://88ok.bz, including all services, products, games, and content provided therein.

By accessing, browsing, registering, or using any part of the 88ok platform, you expressly and unconditionally agree to comply with these Terms and all related policies incorporated into this document by reference, including our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy.

2 Account Eligibility

3 Registration & Account

Each player is only permitted to hold one (1) active account on the 88ok platform. Creating multiple accounts, whether using the same or different information, is a serious violation of these Terms. When multiple accounts are detected, 88ok reserves the right to:

• Closure of all associated accounts without prior notice.
• Forfeiture of all balances, wins, and bonuses accumulated in those accounts.
• Blacklisting the player from opening any new accounts in the future.

During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information. Required details include your full name, date of birth, email address, and a valid mobile number. It is your responsibility to ensure your account information remains current at all times.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account password. 88ok will not be liable for any losses resulting from unauthorized access to your account due to negligence in password security. Please notify us immediately if you suspect your account has been accessed without authorization.

4 Deposit & Withdrawal

88ok supports a wide range of local Malaysian payment methods including DuitNow, FPX, Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, and bank cards. All transactions are processed through secure payment gateways protected by 256-bit SSL encryption.

Deposit: Deposits are typically processed and credited to your account promptly. Minimum and maximum deposit limits vary depending on the chosen payment method and may change from time to time. Deposited funds must come from a legitimate source and must belong to the player.

Withdrawal: Before the first withdrawal is processed, players are required to complete identity verification (KYC). Documents that may be required include:

• The use of any automated software (bots), scripts, or other tools designed to gain an unfair advantage in games is strictly prohibited.
• Colluding with other players to manipulate game outcomes or exploit system vulnerabilities is strictly prohibited.
• Game results recorded by the 88ok server are final and binding in all dispute cases.
